It can be challenging to undo old ways of thinking that no longer serve us. However, if you want to be an artist, it is a necessary skill to hone. Often times our growth is impeded, not by worldly challenges or naysayers, but by our own limiting beliefs masquerading as our "perspective." In this episode, I share how I overcame my own limiting beliefs and leave you with some ideas to help motivate you to do the same.
